An administrative management platform that streamlines invoicing, accounts receivable, rostering, timesheets, payroll, and staff communication. It supports monitoring team performance, centre occupancy rates, and new enquiries, while offering tools for customisable programming and learning documentation.

 

The platform also includes discussion boards, internal messaging, and a dedicated parent portal designed for childcare and early learning centres.

End to end delivery of an app that allow users to track their mortgage.  This project involves designing a new Home Loan Tracker, that enables customers to be able to keep up to date with the progress of their home loan.

Led the design of Coles’ digital payment experience, enabling customers to seamlessly pay in-store using Flybuys points via the Coles Flypay app and QR code technology. The project also introduced enhanced order management and digital receipt features to streamline the checkout experience and improve post-purchase transparency.

Led the end-to-end design and delivery of a comprehensive digital portal for Commonwealth Bank (CBA) B2B advisors, enabling them to efficiently generate, manage, and deliver personalised insurance quotes for their B2C customers through an intuitive, streamlined, and compliant user experience.

Lead the project to enhance the account management experience to make it easier for customers to update payments, self-support, and check their order management easily.

At the University of Sydney, I lead an initiative for peer to peer mentoring to improve the student experience for its undergraduate and post undergraduate Peer Mentoring programs. An end to end project from research/ discovery, codesigns workshops to clickable prototypes and user testing.
